KITE Projects were pleased to host the Network Rail Western Track team for a training day yesterday, at our premises. During the afternoon, our Business Development Lead, James Lees took the opportunity to sit down with Hannah Wakefield - Project Manager, James Grant – Project Engineer and Marc Southby – Works Delivery Manager, to discuss the benefit that this collaboration has brought to both teams.

See the video below to learn about the benefits that the Network Rail team gained from the educational day! :

Working collaboratively is part of our culture. Being values-led is reinforced through the ways we behave. For us, this is reflected in our commitment to work in partnership, agreeing to expectations and by being accountable for everything we do. This results in the benefits of better project performance and more effective relationships.

Our style and approach are to role model collaboration through our project leadership. This is driven by a customer focus, and a belief that strong relationships build strong project environments. Part of this is our desire for early contractor involvement, to establish what successful outcomes look like, and how we might optimise these.

The KITE Projects team remain committed to working closely with our partners to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding results. Get in contact today to learn more about our collaborative approach and how it can benefit your projects and teams.
